Employees are required to observe local and organisation wide health and safety rules and procedures which are designed to prevent accidents. Employees are required to co-operate and participate with management in their aim to maintain and promote safe working conditions.
We will appoint competent persons to be responsible for monitoring workplace health, safety and welfare arrangements, liaise with enforcing authorities where necessary and keep the Partners informed of relevant changes in legislation.
We will actively consult with our workforce, encouraging and supporting an open attitude to health and safety issues, encouraging everyone to identify and report hazards and suggest innovative solutions so that we can all contribute to creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
